Education & Research

The College of Management is characterized by an exceptional interdisciplinary curriculum for undergraduates. The College has forges close alliances with well-known businesses to offer school-to-work co-ops and internships. All undergraduate students are required to carry out capstone projects and complete internships in local or international companies.

The MBA program is proud of the quality of its “Case Teaching”, comprising more than 60 real-life cases from the Formosa Plastics Group and the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. In addition to lectures, core courses are usually supplemented by case study/workshop to enhance learning effectiveness. Students particularly enjoy the case studies and workshops that provide close interaction with faculty members in small classes.
